Terms of Service
NO CRYPTO PAYMENTS
no nsfw
payments received via paypal or ko-fi
you can ask fo wips at any point of the process
payments can be done all upfront or half-and-half. payment plans can be discussed depending on the commission
i will refund the full or 50% payment if i have not already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund any point past that
if there is no response from the client after 4 weeks from the last update before finalizing the art, the order will be considered as completed and requests for refunds will no longer be accepted
my art cannot be used for training AI or to make NFTs
i'm able to post the finished commission on my socials unless you tell me not to
you may use the commissioned art for personal use, credit are not necessary but appreciated

commercial use fee is an additional 100% of my base price, we can fix a deal if you want to buy a large number of assets, the same applies for buying a large number of animations
